It’s easy to get buried in the gigantic to-do list you’ve got.
Over time, I developed a process I follow that helps me identify exactly what has to take first priority during my work day.
The process also helps to identify what’s next and what comes after that.
What’s Closest To Money?
If you’re working on half a dozen different projects at a time, this is how you pick what to finish first.
Which project is either nearly done or almost ready to sell?
It’s usually a very simple to answer this question. The project that’s closest to finished.
Once you figure out which one is almost done, the next step is to figure out what things need to be completed to get that project done.
Then, take the steps and finish what you’re working on.
What Am I Going To Do?
You know your strengths and you should know your weaknesses.
To get things done faster, do what you’re best at and find someone else to do what you aren’t good at.
By focusing on personally doing the steps that you’re best at, you can speed up the process and get it all done faster.
Who ends up doing the other parts is important, too. Use a site like Upwork, Fiverr, or Guru to find people you can pay to do the work you shouldn’t do.
When looking to hire, I always ask a weird question like their favorite color or first job to see who is paying attention to what I’m asking for in my ad.
Reward Yourself Often
Part of the problem when preparing an offer, promo, or email sequence is that there is no reward until we can push “go” on it.
Instead of waiting until it’s “live”, reward yourself for every few tasks you complete.
This will give you the motivation to get things done and finish it all.
Personally, I’ll take a 30 minute break to read or play video games, but you may enjoy a walk around the block or a quick phone call to someone special.
If the reward is important enough to you, you’ll get things done faster.

Don’t Stop!
When you finish your current project, don’t stop working.
Take advantage of how much you’re getting done and keep going. You want to capitalize on your momentum instead of taking the rest of the day off.
Before you know it, that to-do list will be completely done.
Then, you can start a new one.
